7.) When you click "yes" you must now fill in the school code, student's first name, student's last name, classroom, teacher and grade: click "submit"

8.) Choose your shipping method: Ground, 2Day, Overnight. Click "next"

9.) Review your order and confirm your order

10.) Submit your payment: Credit Card or Money Order
