What states do you ship FedEx ground to?

Why don't you ship FedEx ground to all states?
All of our products are shipped frozen, to ensure proper delivery your order needs to arrive to you within 2 business days.  We can only ship FedEx ground to states that can receive ground shipping from New Jersey with in 2 business days.  For other states outside of zone 1 we must ship via FedEx 2Day or FedEx Overnight.

Do you ship outside the continental United Sates?
No, our products are shipped frozen and would not be delivered properly outside the continental United States

Why is there a handling fee?
In order keep the product costs low and shipping low we must add a handling fee of $10 to all orders.  This covers the cost of your heavy duty thermal cooler and dry ice.  Other companies hide this cost in the price of the products or the shipping, we do not hide any fees.  We strive to keep your cost as low as possible.

How will my order arrive?
All of our products are shipped frozen.  Your order will arrive in a thermal cooler with dry ice.  This is to ensure your order stays as fresh as possible.  Please be aware that FedEx delivery will leave your order at your door if you are not at home.  Refrigerate or freeze your order as soon as you receive it.

Why do you only ship orders on Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesday?
We want to make sure that your order arrives as fresh as possible.  In order to do that we have to make sure your package will arrive within two business days.  By only shipping Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday this ensures proper delivery of your order.

How do I place an order for a fundraiser?
Choose the products you would like to purchase and they will be added to your shopping cart.  When you have everything in your cart that you would like to purchase click on Checkout along the top, right side of your browser.  If you are a New Customer click the New Customer button and fill out your information for proper delivery.  You will then click Next and be asked if this order is for a fundraiser, click Yes.  You will be then asked for the School Code, Students First Name, Students Last Name, Classroom, Teacher, & Grade.  The School Code MUST be put in properly for the school to get credit for your purchase.  You will then choose your shipping option and complete your payment.

Can I have my fundraising order delivered to the school and given to the child?
No, at this time our system is not setup to accept Internet orders delivered to the school.  You can have any fundraising orders shipped to your home or sent to someone as a gift.
